gun fell out of his pocket yesterday fell and went off. Three days before that three kid's were playing in their parents suv and they left three kid's from ages 4 thru 6 played with a sawed off shot gun. One of the kid's shot the 6 year old. Of course it was in the ghetto.

Not EVERY kid on a bike has a gun, and I heard the SUV story. It was here in Oklahoma. And in that case I really think it's up to the parents to keep their children away from the guns they own. Guns are everywhere, not just in the 'ghetto'.

Kids can only have access to guns because of negligent parents or adults - leaving a loaded shotgun in a vehicle with children is very, very, stupid and hopefully criminal too. Regardless of where the vehicle was located.
The adult responsible needs to face criminal charges.

I don;t know and I'd rather not know. When weighing per cent of gun owners here, and not knowing, I prefer blissful ignorance than 24 hour paranoia.
