Type in pop and your isp.etc. and the next space will be smtp.your isp.etc. Example: pop.northtown.net, and
smtp.northtown.net. That is it and make sure the top shows a pop 3 mail. You should be on your way to send messages and you should get a welcome from Outlook Express. Good luck.

Depends who your ISP is, you can usually find the settings within the help pages of your ISP;s page. For example, I use Virgin. The pop acct is POP3.virgin.net and the SMTP is SMTP.virgin.net ... add the user name and password in there somewhere and voila. If you can't find the setitngs, substiute "virgin" for your ISP and tweak it until it works - ie pop instead of POP3, etc.

You have got to have an ISP
so that you can get mail delivered
just like you have to have a home
address to get your mail delivered
from the postman/lady!!
