Poor Shaun Alexander. The NFL MVP told everyone he didn't believe in the curse. Then, he then fractured his foot and was forced to sit out six games in the 2006 season. I can gurantee the Madden Cover. Brian Urlacher. I am a hardcore Rams fan and hate the Chicago Bears but the Madden Cover has been the loser of the superbowl alost every year. As a close second it would be Drew Brees and then Ladanian Tomlinson. But it won't be because they werent in the superbowl. Think of the past superbowls. Shaun Alexander lost in Super Bowl, Donovan McNabb lost in the Superbowl. Also, since we have had only one defensive player on the madden cover, I think they will make a curtosy to give the Madden Cover to Brian Urlacher.

I say let's encourage Madden to start a new trend and put players that are already cursed on the cover. So I'm voting Michael Vick, he can't possibly suck any worse then he already does. Then no one good gets jinxed and we're all happy campers.

Seriously though, I think who'll actually end up on the cover will either be Reggie Bush, LaDanian Tomlinson, Marvin Harrison or Peyton Manning. Not necessarily in that order, but those are my guesses.

band-wagon rookies (ie: Bush and Young) are not going to be on the cover. Based on last season performance I'd say Peyont (LT would be the natural choice, but as a Charger fan I'm SO happy that he already did a cover for another game a couple of years ago and can't do EA's leally ^___^)

I'd rather have Brady though (let's see matt cassell make your new WRs look good!!)

LT and Peyton might be a little bit high profile this year. I would think someone like Drew Brees, Larry Johnson or Jason Taylor would fit Madden '08 pretty nice.

Champ Bailey. I'm not even a Bronco fan, but he had a great year and it's time to have a Defensive player on the cover. I'd also like to see an offensive lineman on the cover!

My Hall of Famer is a LOLB and I have had a blast with him.

Reggie Bush, he's a good player but he's overrated in the NFL. I'd like to see him be the next victim of "The Madden Curse"

3 way tie. LT, Peyton Manning, or Drew Brees.

LT--- MVP deserves the madden cover
Manning---Just plain good
Brees---look what he did with the Saints

PS. There's no more games coming out with madden on it
