I installed a few Mods and they aren't working. I installed them, unzipped them into World of Warcraft/Interface/Addons/ , and went on the game and didnt see ADDONS on the Character Selection Screen. One of my mods are 1151310358TrackBar2.0 and it says to type /tbar to open but it doesn't...neither does my other 2 Mods work... I have no idea on what else to do...Can someone please help me! :( P.S. I'm looking for a Mod that gives you the information about each item (deatailed info like: how much it sells for to vendors, and things like that) but i cant find one...or any other Mods that work...and i made sure these Mods are compatible with Burning Crusade too...

Addons are usually pretty easy to figure out for WoW once you figure out the trick to them.

99% of the time, when you download an addon it will be in a .zip or a .rar file, and you will need to extract them.

I typically extract the root folder directly to my WoW/Interface/Addons folder.

You need to make sure that you are actually brining the whole folder with, not just the files.

From there, you will need to restart WoW. Close the game, and open it back up. In the bottom left hand corner of the Charector Selection screen, there will be an "Addons" button.

Click that button, and it will be a list of addons. Make sure the addon that you installed is on the list, and that it is enabled. Some times after major patch days, you will need to click on "Enable out of Date addons"

Then go ahead and Enter the world, and you should have your addons available for use.

Make sure you followed my steps, and also make sure that you have out of date addons enabled. It should correct your problem.

Go to Curse-gaming.com and youll find all mods you want... the mod for dtailed info you were talking baout is called Auctioneer. download the newest version and it will be compatible with BC. as it should be for all of them. but you wil have to up date a few after each patch, but that isnt hard. as for them not working you need to drag the entire folder into you addons section. use winrar to unzipp them properly then drag everything into the addons section. from there log onto wow and when your on the characters page to choose who you will be playing on go t othe addons button and turn them all on( most will be automatically on)

Make sure when you install mods, you install their folder as well. DO NOT just put the straight-up files in addons folder, they will NOT work.

The only other thing I can come up with is that your mods you just downloaded are out of date.

That's why there are internet sites with the item information. I wouldn't download mods if I were you. Many websites promise nice add-ons but in the end it's just a virus or a way for them to steal your account or the such.

Perhaps they're out of date, try logging in, then clicking the addons button, and press the button/checkmark that says "Load out of date addons"
