To be honest with you the hours you work and how long you have worked for them would be taken into account if you tried to take the matter further

Just forget it, is it not worth continuing the stress on for you, just move on

Good luck with what you decide to do x

I can't add much to what the others have said as they are right about probation period etc.

However, I think you should get a reference off them before you leave to help you get another job. They are not allowed to write anything bad or negative. Make sure it says something like you did a thorough job as you did do all your deliveries etc. You could even argue they should put good timekeeping in if you always got to work on time etc.

Try and get one from you manager although you may not like him and him you because employeers would rather that than one form and HR dept. that doesn't know you,

Do not let them get to you, keep a brave face on and finish with dignity (if you haven't already). If there is a personality clash you're better off not being there anyway, you'd only end up losing your self-confidence and being unhappy.

Good Luck.

That's appalling, go to one of those solicitors on the high street that do an half hour free consultation and put your case across, hopefully you will get all the advice you need, good luck.

Time to stop feeling sorry for yourself and find a new job.
Good luck.

An employer can dismiss you for no reason at all within the first year of employment and you have no redress unfortunately.
