The walking shuffle?

What is that called when two people walking opposite directions can't figure out which way the other person is gonna go and they both sort of shuffle until they bump into each other?

I think it's funny-but what is the best thing to do in the stituation as it happen so frequently?

I don't know what it's called but I think you have come up with a pretty good name for it. I like that "the walking shuffle"
