Wrestling is by far the toughest enery-wise. I've heard high school football coaches agree that wrestling is much more physically exhausting. Boxing is more of a physical beating. If your getting clobbered, you aren't using much energy, your just letting someone else exert energy on you. Myself being a wrestler, I would love to see anyone wrestle another athlete around their weight, for 6 mins and tell me it isn't exhausting. I've had matches lasting 2 minutes were I felt like I could have thrown up after.

If you are taking them in a second by second energy usage it would be wrestling. However, Boxing is the hardest in order to complete one event of it.
