Lolita style?

I love the Japanese street fashion of Lolitas (especially classic and gothic)

Does anyone know any good websites where I can buy the clothes? Preferably ones that are in English and the currency is dollars?

Or know any good books that I can pick up sewing patterns?

As for patterns, there are a few Japanese Lolita magazines with patterns in them, but they are expensive and in Japanese. A couple of the costume patterns from McCall's and the like can be easily altered to be Lolita outfits.
