FOMG WHEN I 1ST WATCHED THIS ANIME I WANTED TO NO THE SAME THING ~~ BUT IF YOU GO TO YOUTUBE ~~ I AM NOT SURE WHICH EPISODE ITS IN BUT ~~ ITS WHEN SHINO, KIBA, AND NARUTO GO ON A MISSION TOGETHER ~~ HIS GLASSES COME OFF AND THEY ARE A VERY PRETTY BROWN ~~ IF I REMEMBER RIGHT

In episode 149 in the very beginning you can see he has eyes from a side view look black. Be cautious though since that is a filler episode so is not Naruto canon.

They are dark brown. It has been said that it was episode 186 "Shino Laughs" but I don't remember his glasses off.
