i want to know if human resourses is a job easy to find , if it pay well, and if is very stressful. what are the cualities that i should have to be successful in that job.

That's a lot of questions....let's see if I can help with some of them:
1) all jobs are easy to find for people who have the education, skills, and ambition to succeed in them. HR encompasses a lot of different areas - benefits, compensation, employee relations, training, recruiting/talent management, organizational development, and sometimes safety and risk management.
2) pay depends on your background, skills, and the area you work in . An HR job in Alabama pays a lot less than one in metro NY, but your cost of living is a lot lower, too.
3) everyone's stress threshold is triggered by different things. If you find people annoying, if you prefer to have a set routine that doesn't vary much from day to day, if the thought of having to fire someone, or worse, lay them off makes your stomach churn, then HR is probably not for you.
