Anybody know what this stuff is for. I really don't know. And include how you apply it too, please!

white eyeliner is used for inside of your eyes. [the area around the pink triangles towards your nose].
You use it if you need to make your eyes "pop". You do your makeup as regular, and then apply it at the corners towards your nose.

Hi, there! I was as clueless as you are until a few months ago, I saw it on TV. It was the Tyra Banks show. It's used on the inside of your eyes. You use it above the lashes, only the lower lashes. It makes redness disappear, make tired eyes look fresh and generally makes the eyes look bigger. I use it now when I haven't had much sleep.

Makes your eyes seem brighter and wider. Apply it like you would normaly apply your eyeliner.

Stretch upper eyelid and start from inside out and put near were eyelashes are at....it brings out ur eye color whether it drk or not...not really to make ur eyes look big, thats wats black eyeliner is for....

Ummm..lets see if i can explain it....
the top eyelashes....well right along that line wear u usually apply eye shadow...you put that stuff on first and then put eye shadow over it just so if you want you get a lighter color from the eye shadow you used
I know...weird use of expensive make-up!!!

usualy to open up ur eyes or add a "spark".
u usually apply it on the inside of ur lashline to open ur eyes up, or in the inside corners to lighten ur eyes.
i tryed using it and id say wearing it in th corners is better then on the lash line.
it just looks weird

doing it like black eyeliner
and it is use to go with your out fit
