This is a hypothetical question by the way. I do not recomend people try this.

For example if a person takeing a test to become a licensed plumber has a tattoo on their arm of a chart with the information they are being tested on? Strictly speaking anyone with any kind of cheat sheet is cheating but the purpose of a test is to prove if a person has certain knowledge. Whether that knowledge needs to be in their brain or on their arm is a matter of discussion.

It's cheating. It's just like writing on yourself for the answers. It's done in ink and that's all that matters. It's not going to help the person who cheats by looking at the tattoo. the person should probably wear a long sleave shirt and just use the tattoo to study.

If it's in Braille won't you get confused, by the goosebumps, if it is cold out.

It is cheating, unless the test is an open book type of exam, regardless of where or when you got the tattoo.

well, since you do have it tattooed, you should be allowed to take the test. b/c the point of the test is to see if you learned something and with the tattoo, you shouldn't ever forget it.
