use a host like:
http://www.photobucket.com/
http://imageshack.us/
http://www.flickr.com/
and you upload the picture. then you use a link somewhere you want it like this: (no*s)

Simply register an account, upload your pictures and the site will provide the necessary links to your pictures.

make an account on http://photobucket.com/
upload your images
then take the embed code and place it wherever you'd like.
ex.: Myspace, Blog

find a picture hosting site i use photobucket and there ya go!
