Do the extras at the carwash work?

When i go to the local automatic carwash they offer extras such as wheel brite, triple foam sealant, sealer wax, rust inhibitor, rainX windshield cleaner. Does stuff like this really work and if it does work do the carwashes actually put it on or just say they put it on. Is it just a scam to get customers for a few extra bucks or are these legitimate extra upgrades that are worth getting and will improve your cars appearance?

yes, it work's.. but you do not need it every time you wash your car if you wash it every day. i would limit it to once a week, to avoid build up.
