A lot of ppl will prolly say someone like bill gates but what if he's not carrying around billions of dollars and all? then it'd be a waste. so i'd just like someone that is carrying around a lot of money for sure-famous or not-to drop their wallet and i find it w/ no id or anything so i can't help but keep the money =)

There would be no point in finding David Beckhams as Victoria would have already given him his pocket money and what can you do with a fiver. Bill Gates ,Yes, but he doesn't live near me so thats unlikely, I guess Victoria , yes she's got all the money.
