This is kind of hard, because most of the Bond girls were hot. So I don't know if she is the hottest or not. But my favorite bond girl was the one in Golden Eye, I can't remember the character's name, but actress Famke Janssen played the antagonist bond girl. She was hot as far as looks, but she had quite a bit of sex appeal. She was quite the vixen.
