Most young women who have an abortion feel they have made the right decision. Although a terrible choice to make, since they are terminating the life of their unborn child, their reasons for doing so often include a reluctance to give up the baby for adoption. Much of the time the mothers do not have the support of the father, especially if they are both teenagers, and often the only help available is that given by her parents.
