This is a very bad indication that what we knew all along was wrong is coming to a point to be revealed. I think that there is something else that is going to happen in connection with all of these crooks.

Purely a business move in my opinion. Halliburton has so much invested in the US that it will always be subject to US laws in many ways. As for the waste part all I can say is that KBR is the biggest player in defense contractor services yet has only 27% of the waste, if the KBR management types are trying to soak the taxpayer they are not doing so well. Of course I once worked for KBR in Iraq and am speaking from firsthand knowledge.
