Stupid thing died on me right when i filled it with clothes, soap, and water. It started making this weird noise like it was working too hard and than it just stopped. Should I take those sopping wet clothes out and try to make it work again or what? And if it is truly broken what should I do about the amount of water that is in there?

The water in the tumbler may be drained by taking the drain hose and lying it on the (hopefully)garage floor and the water will gravity feed out. If the washer is inside, take a garden hose and put one end in the the tumbler and the other outside. Start a siphon action and the water will drain. Remove clothing and see if the machine will run without a load. DO NOT OVERLOAD THE MACHINE. Try a half load to see if it will work.
