what does this mean and how do i fix it...plz help me ...?

when i get on a site this is what it tellls me ...

There is an issue with the Yahoo mail that seems to have effected most American users. Rest assure a lot of people have commented on this and Yahoo are aware of the problems. Please give if few hours to be fixed.
