I'm a CPA, so I guess passing the accounting classes wasn't so difficult for me. That said, accounting isn't everybody's "thing". If you're required to take it as part of a different major (non-accounting), maybe taking it with a different instructor next term might help. Some of these instructors can't seem to get their points across sometimes.

BTW, most schools have tutors available, too. Maybe your school has someone who can help you along.
