i am looking for an old cartoon i believe it was a tex avery cartooon. it had a dog that was is jail.?

the dog dug a hole out of jail and ended up in a tv and had to pretend to be in many different tv shows so he wouldn't get caught

The cartoon is called Cellbound and it is definitely a Tex Avery cartoon.
