You forgot to state the problem.
Did you know Dell has a community forum where users can post questions and problems to other users of the same item?

You have to join the forum and choose an ID and password. You will have to indicate information about your printer -- Model, serial number, express code. From there you navigate around and see what other Dell users are finding with their 924s.
