For example, whenever I hear my housemate laughing, his laughing sometime really irritate me so much that making me feel like want to go to his room and score him or even punch him, but in fact he did nothing to me, he just watching his tv... but i still feel like so irritating whenever hear him laugh....

You need to lighten up, find humor in the situation and start laughing with him.
