Persistent, usually painful erection of the penis, especially as a consequence of disease and not related to sexual arousal.
Problem is they lead to erectile disfunction if your telling the truth and its been 4 days chances are you are in need of surgery to take the presure off of the nreve so your erection can subside, it may have already caused damage. My god man this is your penis take care of the thing!
