That is a difficult question. As a mom and an English teacher I was always happy when my son read pre-teen books, just because I knew he was reading. However, I wished he was reading more substantial material. Keep on reading the Babysitters Club, but for your own sake, read some of the classics too. It will help you in the long run. C.

my favorite book is when one of the babysitters i cant remember is in the house and the kid gets sick and everything is going wrong, by far my fav

I read these books back in the early 90s when they first came out. Seriously, I would go to Wal-mart every Friday to buy the new edition. Back when wal-mart sold ya books.
I had every single book at one time, all first editions and over time they were lost/given away. I would give anything to have them back.
