Be careful not to get pregnant again too soon, that is one of the reasons they want you to wait the full six weeks, things are healing and returning to there normal state....I have heard that kegals will help but I had 2 c-sections so I never had a problem with tightness

From what I've learned, it doesn't "stretch out". Your body is built to go back to normal after delivery. The reason why you have to wait 6 weeks is because your body is still healing. All kegal exercise does it make your muscles stronger. It doesn't make you tighter.

Being that your a virgin you may particularly ask your self is he particularly the superb suited guy you opt to be dropping your "modern-day" to.? 2 weeks 1st of all might have me thinking thats all he needs. Does he understand your a virgin? additionally you may definitely wait. And if he doesnt decide to and trys to make then you definately he particularly doesnt care approximately you as you may want him to. Do you love him I advise do you relatively love him reason feeling it and understanding it interior your coronary heart then you particularly understand he may be the only nicely worth dropping your virginity to. i'm sorry yet 2weeks isn't love. i think of you may wait till at last your extra specific of the type you sense.

If you felt OK, it was probably fine. If you do the Kegels lots, you likely will become close to what you were like before. It depends somewhat on how delivery went, but it will certainly help.

My wife and I had sex at about four weeks after delivery, and she was fine. If you are comfortable, it should be okay.
