My HP printer won't feed the paper. I've tried special paper, etc. and still have to print manually?

Before you go there, get out your order number, serial number of the printer, model number, so you are ready to complete the form. Good luck.

Just a week ago I had a problem with my HP and received some of the best support I have ever received -- a rep e-mailed instructions to me, then e-mailed back to see how I was doing and told me to contact them for other options if this fix didn't work.

Eventually, my problem was resolved.
