I think he is neither stupid nor evil, just ill prepared for the job he is filling, however Paul Krugman said it best in his recent column in the NY Times, Substance Over Image, "(Bush), a man unsuited both by intellect and by temperament for high office somehow ended up running the country". I might have added "ruining" the country.

He is all of those things .
He is good at doing nothing .
When it comes to advice he considers it all dumb .
The "evil doers must be stopped by the smart people like me" is what Bush says all the time .

a touch of the two, i think of that Bush's Achille heel is his lack of ability for extreme thinking. fact learn, i like Dick Cheney. Our contemporary administration has achieved adequate injury. i think of that we are secure from anymore vast Bush screw-ups. yet another mistake or misjudgment and the republicans can kiss this presidential election good bye.

Da Fuhrer Dubya, his royal hynie King Dubya is good... good for nothing and no good (he was a dumb Texican Rodeo Clown and now he's a "smart" puppet for the super rich and powerful who control this government for the sole purpose of further enriching themselves and maintaining power... they've even brainwashed a segment of our population that go around beeping everything they say, each nonsensical slogan uttered and each every asinine rhetorical propaganda .b/s).

Ya gotta give him credit for knowing how to divert public attention... WMD, Patriot Act, Homeland Security, aftermath of Katrina, Illegal Aliens, the wall at our southern border... he and his cronies come up with some of the wildest Bushit every time he's going to squander and mismanage more of the American taxpayers' money and funnel it to his cronies... if anything, he's been mighty consistent! Truth be told, his Bushism is no longer amusing...

Dumb. Too dumb to be evil. That's why Cheney picked him. Someone easy to manipulate.

well, he's failed at just about everything he's done. he'd be passed out drunk in a gutter right now were it not for his daddy and his daddy's friends. but i can't really figure out if he acts stupid to induce underestimation or if he's truly as much an imbecile as he appears. in either case ... he's an acute embarrassment.

Good, but not a very good speaker. He needs to learn to give a speech like Reagan and Clinton could.

People attack Bush because his policies are faith-based and the secular left is very good at name-calling. These people don't ever elaborate on a logical, fact-based discussion of what their problem is with his policies. You'll notice they always attack him personally but you'll never see them rationally debate the political topics.

And most people listen to what they hear celebrities and media personalities say. (A word to the wise: Don't believe EVERYTHING that is reported to you, comedically or news-wise, as most news programs editorialize with their tone of reporting).

PS, most celebrities are not qualified to talk politics, all they do is ingest what they hear and don't do any research for themselves on the actual issues.
