i think Mick Mars is. just because he's slowly dying*ankylosing spodilitis* doesn't mean you should take all that attention and put it on the other members. sheesh. he deserves alot of credit. so, enough of my ranting. most underrated?

I agree on Mick Mars. . . . nobody knows who he is. . . . I mean the other members of Motley Crue, like Tommy Lee, Nikki Sixx, and Vince Neil. . . . well we all know who they are. . . Cause Nikki Sixx is smokin hot, Tommy Lee, is well. . . . Tommy Lee, and Vince Neil had plastic surgery. . . . so that's about it for me

i think claudio sanchez of coheed and cambria and jerry garcia are two of the most underrrated. their both guitarists that merit some serious respect but just dont get it cause nowadays people consider someone like jon mayer a guitar god. these two are the real deal and really shine live in concert. both play from the heart and once youve heard their solo's youll understand. theres hudreds of amazing guitarists, but these two are standouts that get no recognition.

lets c... the most underrated guitarist... well, the first ones i think of r the guitarists in bullet for my valentine and in my chemical romance. if u actually listen to some of their songs, the guitar is pretty difficult. just my opinion though

Nigel Pulsford of Bush. I think that just because his style is more alternative he gets less attention. But I admire that he's doin his own thing. Unfortunately, he left the band '02.

Joe Trohman from Fall Out Boy. I love him but everyone else focusus all their attention on Pete Wentz(bass) and Patrick Stump(vocals/guitar).
