I've seen her show on Channel 208 on Dish NetWork before that gameshow Deal Or No Deal comes on, and all she ever talks about is guidenace and self-help for WOMEN AND WOMEN ONLY.

Id' ask if she's a lesbian but I looked her her up and it says that sure she is. So, with her being a lesbian, does this mean that she's a feminist and is only interested in helping only women?

Actually, I see your point. If there were a program or organization that helped only men, and ignored any women's issues, it would be deemed 'chauvinistic'.

Actually, it looks like Orman is interested in helping people (men and women) with their finances, since she answers Yahoo questions about finance, but in a newspaper article today that I just read, she feels that women are very reluctant to deal with money ( a lot more than men), and need more support and advice as a result...she didn't say that she only thought women needed assistance, she said in other articles that she thought that women needed more support since *she's* admitted she felt guilty about dealing with money herself.

I don't recall her saying her sexual orientation was affecting who she helped, but since she's a woman, I'm guessing that she thought she'd have a good idea of some of the obstructions women deal with when managing (or avoiding managing) money. Her latest book is about Women & Money, since she said so many women are living alone, are living longer, but are ignoring their finances.

Using your logic, are men who are gay, not feminists, if they only want to help men? Are men who are gay, feminists, if they only want to help women? Are straight men who long want to help men with, say, hunting, not feminists? Correlations don't often work well...

Does this really matter if she is a lesbian and works to help only women? If it does, then you can do the same thing for men if you are a male.

Silly Boy.
What does her sexuality have to do with her being a multimillionaire and helping millions of PEOPLE?
There's an amazing invention called TV, and it has this other amazing part called PBS, and if you look on there, Suze Orman is telling People how to achieve their dreams.
Good luck.

If she's a lesbian, it doesn't mean she's a feminist and interested in helping only women..

However, if she's a feminist, then it's a decent bet she is a lesbian and pretty much assured that she's interested in helping only women.

Her new book is about women and money. You are exaggerating by claiming that everytime you see her on TV she is only offering guidance to women, because this is NOT true.

Financial advice is no different for women than for men.
