It's a variation of the name Callie, and it's also the name of a flower! (Calla Lily)

Well, it's actually pronounced like Kal (like Calvin)- Luh. Not Coll-uh.

Im not sold on it, maybe if the name was Micalla or something and you called her Calla. I'm just not sure about it and with there are so many ways to say it that I would be conserned about how man people get it wrong. I have an odd name and actually convinced my 1st grade teacher my name was something else so I didn't have to deal with it. I've lived with it and it's not fun no matterhow pretty the name is.

I knew a girl in high school named Calla.. but she spelled it Cala.. I like how you spelled it though because people misunderstood Cala as being Kayla.. and when I read it, I definatly knew you meant Cal-la.. Anyways.. I love the name!! It's very unique and it's really pretty! And I just LOVE calla lilys! But don't have her middle name be Lily!! haha!!But congrats, it's a beautiful name

I like it put together as Calla Lily, but not by itself as just Calla.
