Take a pregnancy test.
If you do not chart or monitor your fertility in any way, and you think you may have conceived, you should wait 19 days (or longer) after having sex to test. Why 19?! Sperm can live approximately 5 days in the proper environment; if the sperm managed to live until you popped an egg, the actual conception could have taken place several days after the sex act that got the sperm there. To make sure you're not testing too early, assume the sperm had very long lives (5 days is considered a very long sperm life) and that conception occurred then. Then allow 14 days for the embryo to implant and develop enough hCG to show up on a pregnancy test (96% of pregnant women will test positive by then.)

It is hard to say for sure when you should test with irregular periods. But if pregnancy is causing the symptoms you have (which is a possibility) then you would be far enough long for a home test to become positive. It would be hard to say when you ovulated since your cycles are irregular and it is rare for women to experience those symptoms with pregnancy in the first 10-14 days after conception (and anytime after that a home test will probably be positive). So, take a home test and go from there. You could also have a blood test done at the drs office which would also be able to tell if you are or aren't by the time you have these symptoms. Best Wishes!

As you have irregular periods, i would wait until day 29 or 30 of your cycle so you know if you are definitely late, then take a home pregnancy test, as it is more accurate if done from the day your period is due.
Feeling sick and actually being sick is probably a sure sign you are pregnant! Good luck, i hope you get the result you want!

It's really hard to tell because period symtoms are the same as pregnancy symtoms.

cramping in the lower ab area is a sign of pregnancy due to implatation but it's also your period may be coming. The first sign of pregnancy for me, and i've been pregnant 5 times 3 miscarriages and 2 live births...is breast soreness that's a dead give away

Sounds like you could be pregnant. Are your breasts sore or tender? Have you been more tired lately? If you are past your 28 day cycle get a pregnancy test.
