I guess I got the virus from using P2P sharing. My computer is super slow and I guess that antivirus doesn't really work because it "deletes" each time I use it but then it's there again when I turn on my computer again!

The add/remove may not work. It continues to update itself. If you have had no success getting rid of this yet, you might want to try this site.
http://www.pchell.com/support/ibiswebsearch.shtml
It explains the Websearch Toolbar. It also has you use HijackThis. If you don't have it, you can download HijackThis at Castlecops: http://www.castlecops.com/HijackThis.html. Read the Tutorial first.

If you are not comfortable using HijackThis, you can post your log at Castlecops too and someone there will help you get rid of it.
Hope this helps.

The problem more than likely isn't the Antivirus you're using...it's that the Virus it being stored in System Restore so everything you reboot it puts it back on your computer...
You need to Disable System Restore, then do the scan, remove the Virus, then reboot.
Then turn System restore back on, then create a NEW restore point.
To do this click, Control Panel, then System Restore (upper left hand corner of screen) then disable system restore on C:\Drive.

Well, (if you already haven't) you can goto Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs, and then look for it and delete it there OR use search and look for anything with the word toolbar in it and delete it, just make sure you don't delete anything important lol.
And everything else that gets mentioned fails and you still feel compelled to get rid of it, you can always reformat.
