I need to do two pads -12ft X 12ft = 144sqft. Need 4 in depth. and 6in depth.

Yards???

well lets see. if 4 inches is a third of a foot and 6 inches is a half of a foot then you multiply by .33 or .5 respectively
12 ft.X 12 ft.=144 sq. ft. X .33= 47.52 cu.ft divided by 27 (cu.ft. per cu.yd.)= 1.76 cu.yd
12 X12X .5=72 cu.ft div. by 27= 2.66 cu.yd.

You need to know the amount of gravel to concrete.
4 in. for a walk way, or patio, 6in. for a drive way.
About 75 bags of cement for a 12 x 12.
The proper amounts for the mix are on the bags.
