Companies are required to mail it by the last day of january-

1) make an attempt to get it- chances are Dollar Tree has a vendor that does it's payroll and they should be able to produce it
2) if you do not get it- file a complaint with your state department of Labor and the IRS
3) If not resolved by 4/1, use your last pay stub of 2006 and make a best faith estimate on your tax returns- snd a copy of the pay stub along with proof of the complaints that you filed with your tax returns.

You should contact your employer right away. It's possible it got lost in the mail, or is it possible that your employer mailed it to the wrong address? Chances are an employer of that size uses a large contract p/r company like ADP or Paychex, so my guess is that the W-2 was somehow misdirected. Talk to the person in charge of payroll at your Dollar Tree store and stand there while they contact the p/r service.
