I started with them in December and they were both very nice to me. I am pretty quiet and do my work without asking them many questions. They are EXTREMELY FLIRTATIOUS, and massage each other's back, and make risque comments to each other The other day, the owner of the company wanted to move me to another department to cover for a girl who just went on maternity leave. An hour later, He then decided to not move me and keep me where I was. Since then my colleague and boss have been very cold to me , I didn't have any problems before that. I believe that they are angry that they can't be openly flirtatious with each other. How do I handle this , it is extremely uncomfortable????

I see you're caught between a rock and a hard place, especially since you just started working there. You could nicely tell your boss and her 49 yr old playmate that their behavior is very distracting to you and is making your job difficult. It won't be easy because they might gang up on you and try to make you look bad. You could also speak to the owner of the company and ask to be moved to another area or department. As a last resort if all else fails, simply come straight out and tell the owner what is going on. Sadly, you might still end up victimized since you might have to continue working with them until something happens to put a wrench in their affair.

This is always a sticky situation. You have a couple of options:
1) Keep doing as you have been - do your job, stay out of their way, be pleasant but not overly interested in their personal situation.
2) Go to the owner and request a transfer. Be aware that this move can easily backfire and your situation could go from bad to worse - it will really depend on the owner, and on what other opportunities there might be for you to move into.
3) Find a new job where your co-workers have learned to keep their hands off of one another, at least during business hours.
Most affairs (or pseudo-affairs) crash and burn after a short time anyway. Hang in there.....

Have I done something to offend you?" Put it in their faces, smiling all the while. If this doesn't stop their behavior toward you, then I would ask the boss to be transferred to another position in the company.
