Question

place a hard-boiled egg in a small saucepan filled with water.
hold the saucepan under running water so that the water runs
tilt the saucepan toward you slightly.


Use your knowledge of pressure and Bernouli's principle to explain the odd behavior of the egg????

I would imagine that the egg goes to the back of the saucepan, ie away from the direction from where water is being poured out of it.

The moving water coming in makes the egg think that the pressure there is lower, so the rest of the water pushes it "uphill".
