If you are slandering that person, certainly. If you just put up their photo with no harm intended, it is probably not illegal, but they may be able to sue you if you used that photo for monetary gain, such as if I put Brittany Spears pic on my website implying that she endorses my product when she does not. Better is to be safe and get their permission.

no person is sitting there making you seem at Miley Cyrus's pictures. in case you do no longer like it then turn off your laptop. It sounds to me like anybody is the two JEALOUS of Miley or purely desire something to b**ch approximately. in case you do in comparison to what your seeing then heres a tip, turn YOUR laptop OFF OR pass to a distinctive internet site. Now, shall we handle something vast like international peace.

I think it's legal, but - is it moral? Before you do that, stop and think about how you'd feel. Besides, if it isn't unflattering, many people would give you permission, so.....

I would say it would depend on the content, and reasons why you were putting the pictures up. What and who are they of, and what is your purpose for doing it.

I didnt ask my mom to put her pic on my myspace, but I did. I don't think it is illegal unless they are naked or people get offended by the picture.
