You could boost the f22 you have and it would beat a h22 accord and be cheaper. The f22 has iron sleeves and a low compression ratio to begin with unlike the h22. The k20 swap isn't really worth it in a accord, I would recommend the k24 by the way, more torque that you will need. There is alot of work to put a k series in a 5th gen accord, look at the write up honda tuning did on it. For the cheapest way to be fast, I would turbo the f22 you have as long as its a 5 speed. You can build your own kit, and even use a manifold and turbo off a dsm, it will bolt right up. The h22a isn't a bad choice either, i've done this swap on a few cars and it does make a nice power increase. Its up to you, the decision on what you want to do is gonna be the worst part of all of it.

i would swap first. both of those motors are nice. the h22 is cheaper and packs the horses, but you could make the k20 faster, so if you have the money, go for the k20.

For imports this is taken under consideration needed to drop extra pounds for the reason that they are purely v4. -eliminate extra seats which you do no longer choose -eliminate the spare tire -replace your wheels with fly weight wheels like the XXR wheels. -Use Carbon Fiber Hood -Carbon Fiber Trunk -positioned new headers -extra effective spark plugs -Nitrous Oxide -great charger (in case you do no longer want a rapid, then this infant can do the trick!) -New Engine. Throw an H22a or a K20 in there. -Bucket Seats -in no way positioned a roll cage except your automobile can go below 12 2d on 440 yards in any different case this is ineffective. -New pc that's all i will think of of spectacular now. wish this facilitates.
