There is no exact weight you should weigh to be a model. Your health should be the first priority, anyway. If you have concerns about your ideal weight, ask your doctor. Once you're comfortable with yourself and your weight from a health standpoint, then perhaps it would be worth considering modeling.

It isn't just thiness, it is fitness that agencies look for. Make sure you don't have any flab on you.
I am a talent scout for toospoiled.com, an international talent agency, and would love to have you signed up on our site. We cater to actors, models, dancers, and comics, and are branching out in the next few months to musicians and child talent as well. I have worked for internet sites before and will not waste my time on one that is ineffective. Joining is free and can be done during a commercial break, so no great investment is needed to join and start exploring the talent industry.
You have nothing but a few seconds to lose and everything to gain. All you need to do is log onto toospoiled.com (works best with internet explorer), enter my scout code STPE8759, and fill in the forms. It can be used as just a social site like MySpace and you can get paid for the ads on your page.

dont let anyone tell u how much u should weigh, u should model at your proper weight where u feel comfortable, before u know it u'll be anorexic and weight like 97 pounds, so if anyone tells u to do something stupid like losing and losing weight for modeling don't do it :)

first that depends on the type of modelling you want to do...there are models of every size...
on the runway - where there is a skinny requirement they are now starting to ban the skinniest...
however modelling is not just runways and tyra...there are many opportunities out there...just start where you are at...
