Oh Yes I am really missing, Dresden Files, Bones, Relic Hunter, and Star gate. I wouldn't mind if it cost me a pound or two more each month, but I know most people will object to that so I guess it wont happen and I'm going to have to change to Sky. But I will wait till the end of the month just in case they do manage to sort it out.

In my area Sky 1 has gone, but Virgin has not reduced the costs. Several people I know were fans of Lost, 24 and Nip/Tuck and have lost the series half way through. I'm on Sky rather than cable so it has not affected me. But I agree it is all underhand.

Not really - seems that its SKY who was 'screwing them over' and Virgin was taking the extra costs rather than passing it over to the viewers.

Virgin have made an official complaint and its being looking into by the regulator.

erm, Lee E - how have you lost 90 % of the channels? They only cut 4 channels -

And in answer to the question - No, instead, next year when the bidding rights come up for all the shows, Virgin should just bid for them and put them on their own channels - as they are going to do for premiership football

no. most of what is on sky 1 is rubbish anyway. If I really want to get jack back i'll wait til my bro buys the boxset. Sky are just being greedy gits.

YES THEY SHOPULD! I HAVE CABLE TV,NOW ITS CRAP.AS LOST 90 P/CENT OF CHANNELS.YET IM STILL BILLED SAME AMOUNT FOR NO CHANNELS?? & IM BOUND BY A CONTRACT? IM SWITCHING OVER TO SKY.VIRGIN,CAN GO DO ONE.........

i dont like sky but i do miss the sky travel channels, theyve gone too..........................................

but there loads of stuff you can watch on virgin so its notr so bad
