i need help quickly my picture on the screen is massice how do i make it smaller

click on START
Then CONTROL PANEL
Then APPERANCE AND THEMES
Then CHANGE THE SCREEN RESOLUTION

(the higher the resolution setting the smaller the objects on the screen because the high resolution is using a much more concentrated pixel setting) So start by using the most pixels and then working backwards until you reach your desired screen size.

Try right click then properties then adjust screen size.
