Winking with the glasses looks funny like you have something in your eye. Try changing the eyes back to normal.

You changed your look. I like it but there was nothing wrong with your hair or your background. I hardly saw anyone on here with straight hair left down. Now you look more like "everybody else". It is just an animated character but I just wanted to answer your question thoroughly.
It's ok to resemble yourself and your true fashion on here. No matter what it will look cute because yahoo won't post any ugly images. I even use the plus size body's because I know I am not skinny like these twigs but the plus size body is still only maybe a size 10-12. I'm such a hot animated avatar ;-)

Hair's simple but good, glasses look good on you, add a sophisticated touch in your style. I like the red earrings. I think the lipstick is to dark for this style, you could try something lighter as a natural or coral shaded lip gloss, not too much color, but lots of shine. That's all i can see from this pic.

lose the hat, put in post ear rings, straighten hair, and get contacts.
