Bought a book in a bookstore or taken one out of the library solely judging it by its cover and it was a huge disappointment?

yes and usually i read only the 1st chapter or so i might try to get into it though

oh yes...this has happened to me lots of times by the cover or by the title...So,i guess its true what they say...Dont judge a book by its cover :)

this happens. it is hard to pick out new books, and there is little other way to judge their worth unles you know the authoy or have gotten feedback.
