when you count the 28 days do you count from the 1st day of your period or when it ended

example: started 20th of feb. so should it come the 20th of march or around that time?

You should count 28 days from the start of your cycle. But, everybody is different. Some have longer cycles, and some (like me) have shorter cycles- GAG.

Throughout my life I've thought it was starting after your period ends. Lately I've seen you start counting the day you get your period. I'm not sure which is right BUT I've always been on time counting from the day after my period and the 28th day being the first day of my next period.

And it could take up to a year or two until you become regular.

Haii! I just started my period yesterday, you count from the first day of your period, it takes about a year-ish to become regular but some people never become completly regular!

periods they suck like i had mine twice in a month and then the next month I didnt so it weirod i dont get it and its like my first year with a period too
