you need to ask yourself this - why do i not want to go back? is it because you are scared of being criticised? or because you aren't prepared to cope with the challenges of losing weight?

i haven't gone through this myself but i have experienced the hard work it takes to change a lifetime habit. these things are not easy, you will have ups and downs. but if you are determined enough, you will get there in the end. i suggest that you go back, and face whatever challenges you have to deal with. hopefully this minor setback (and it is minor) will help you to be even more motivated to reach your goal.

good luck!

Oh Gawd Yes, go back, and take it in yr stride, if you put on some or not lost any then think on for next week, and try harder. Just cos you cut down on food doesnt mean that the scales weigh less every week, water retention can show on scales. You're not the only one at W.Watchers that has made a little slip on on the way.

Definitely go back. You went there for a reason. I have been going since last August and have had my good weeks and bad weeks. It is worth it. Don't look back just go forward and do the best that you can. I remind myself that it took a while for me to gain the weight so it is going to take time to lose it.
Good Luck!

I have been in that situation so many times and yes you should go back a few days of bad eating can be rectified but if you don't go back then you will just make it harder for yourself to lose weight, the leaders are really nice and they won't tell you off at the end of the day you are paying their wages,so they have to be nice to you.

If you want to lose the weight then go back, you just need to be honest and realise that it won't work instantly. But if you give up after one week........how will that make you feel about yourself?
