In my 19 years of living as a mixed breed (PR/Italian-Irish) kid, I have noticed that almost every race & gender combination has good & bad in them. However, I have 2 say I noticed that the worst kind tend 2 be white males. I work in retail, & I noticed most white males are so nasty about everything. They don't hand you money (they fling/throw it on the counter) & you cannot reason with them without them spoiling for a fight. Why are most white men so rude & nasty? I know there's males of other races like that, but not as much as white guys. Why do they feel the need 2 feel supreme over others & raise their sons 2 be just as bad as they are? I can't tell you how many nasty skinhead type customers I deal with weekly towards me, always looking for a problem, even when ur polite 2 them. A lot of the younger generation white males are punks too, like their fathers, why do they have to be like that? I know there are white males not like that, but most of them arent too nice. Why?

I don't know. Maybe they are ticked off at having jobs they think are "below" them and are rude? Certainly is not good customer relations though.
Thing is you cannot generalize. You seem to have dealt with some bad eggs but not all are so. Perhaps it is the element of society that you are dealing with? I have never had someone just toss change in my direction before.
Skinheads are the rabid pittbulls of humanity. They look for fights with todders happily sucking away on lollipops let alone other males and adults! It is the cowards' way. Just do business with them and don't expect anything other than what you are seeing alreadly.
I am not saying turn your back on racism. Just realize ignorance is ignorance and rise above it. That is all you can do. Also, I have noticed, especially in retail, that some people are just plain ignorant to all sales staff. Just plain arrogant. It is like this is the only chance these little people get to be "in charge" of someone so they are disrespectful jerks. DOn't take it personally, it happens all over.
The sad thing is, with the dumbing down of America and the breaking up of the family unit, people are no longer being taught the civilities of life, let alone basic manners. Rise above it kiddo.

There are a lot of kind and polite white male customers who even go as far as calling you "sir"that you really want to genuinely go out of your way for them. Depends where you live. I've seen Middle eastern and Asian people throw money on the counter too. Too much money and too little brains.

Thats why i will never work in a customer service role again. In my case it was rich white women who were always so rude. although this could be because it was an expensive boutique and so we did n't get mch customers from other races. However that still does n't make it right to be so bloody nasty. I can't tell you the number of times i had to bite my tongue, and yes even when your polite it makes no difference their still such b*tches. I know its not all white women or in your case all white men but when it continually happens its kind of hard to think otherwise.

BIG WILL is an example of the behavior described. WILL, why did you need to mention "mexicans and blacks as thugs?" the asker isn't mexican nor is he black. what does that have to do with anything? the asker is talking about his experiences with SOME whie male customers.
i've seen people of all races fling money on the counter, which is definitely rude, but i think that they don't know better. i don't think it's racial. i think it's where you live....certain whites where you live weren't raised properly. it's like you said...the fathers raise their sons to be that way.

This is not necessarily a white thing, it's more an American white male thing.
Me big American white man...bangs on chest...me better than you.
I don't associate with men of this nature as they are usually a s s holes to everyone, not just the retail help.

Umm you just live in a bad place I grew up in a very white community and most were very polite because most were 2nd generation british, German and French, I think its more city folk that are rudest, I like towns better.

as a white woman i think that i am treated the worst by black men. It's a race thing-continue to be your nice self and don't take it personal. I'm married to a white man who is always polite and nice to anyone who is the same to him. I know he's an exception, but don't put them all in the same catagory-otherwise all the white men will see you as a gangbanging, uneducated "mixed breed"

I think it really may depend on where you live...here there are some guys like that, but thanksfully not all of them.. i'm sure there are polite young men where you live also.

i do not thinks there is anything wrong with uus, so what there are some mean white males, but there are bad eggs in every race, its just how things work

wtf are you talking about,,,work as a white guy in a lation black heavy resturaunt ,,and see how they treat you,,,they don't even look you in the eyes, it's definatley worse the other way around,, believe me it's just you, you probably want to think you are better than them, so you hate it if they dont kiss your ***, stop being a little *****, I remeber this one white guy wouldn't talk to this latino guy becuase he would show dirty pictures to young girls in the resturaunt, the gyt screamed racism and they fired the white guy on the spot,,becuase all the latinos supported this dirtbag,,,,stop looking for stupid vague crap to give excuses for your insecurities
