Disney Info?

Question

I am going to do a radio peice on the Disney Company. And i want to kno from all you teens( I am one myself) out there if u think the disney cartoons( lionking, cinderella etc.) are coool to u! Or just tell me anything u want about Disney and their merchandise. Give me facts anything! Now is the time u can jut state your opinion and share with me what u think!

I love Disney and will NEVER grow too old for it. But i prefer the modern ones..Lion King, Hercules, Pocahontas, as opposed to Snow White and Bambi for example. When the older ones were made Walt Disney was still alive and the films tended to have a subliminal message that echoed the views at that time....for example Snow White. This was the first Disney movie and the underlying massage is. Women should stay at home and look after the men. Also I have been told that Walt Disney was a Nazi sympathizer, so i don't like the guy to be honest.

I'm older than a teenager just at 23 and still love Disney stuff i think some of the story's actually tell the true story but animated like Pocahontas and the hunch back of notredame.I think there well put together and the story lines are really easy to follow.When your watching them you forget about the really horrible stuff going on and go to make believe land for an hour or so and singing along is good.I think that's why a lot of family's want to take there children to Florida and Paris not just to have a laugh but to recreate a bit of magic for there children that i think is lacking today unlike when i was younger.All there is to get excited about today is what new games con-sol is out or mobile phones for children as young as 8years possibly younger.Good luck with the project.

Older Disney movies (aka the "classics" like 'The Lion King' or 'Cinderella') are really good. It's the more recent stuff (such as Valiant or a lot of the corny sequels to the classics) that has me running the other way. Most of the Disney Channel movies of these days are pretty retarded as well.

I love the old Disney cartoons! They are classics that fill me with nostalgia and remind me of my childhood. Some of the new Disney movies are really dumb, especially High School Musical.
I love Pirates of the Caribbean! I am completley obsessed with those movies!
I love going to Disney World, if that counts.

#Beauty and the Beast great except that at the end when beast turns into the prince he looks ugly.
#Finding Nemo was fantastic.
#Also I am happy that they are finally having an African American princess. I hate to say it but up until I heard that I thought of them as against diversity towards African Americans.
#Also I think they are close to running out of ideas with the fact that they made two new ciderellas and other unnecesary sequels.

Never get too old for it. The classics (even black & white cartoons) rock! And if people say that they're "old school," they never grow up. These cartoons, they're really cool for people 1-1000+ years old.

They are classics. So, its good to watch them (for me anyway) because they remind me of when I was younger. I love Peter Pan and I could watch it a hundred times.

They are the best! I always watch them my favorite is the parent trap and the lion king! I luv them!
