I did really really bad my first time to be a senior, and then i got my act together, and i just could not accept getting my GED. I went back and did it all over again a in every class and i got a 25 on act! can i still get into a university?

Congrats! You goofed off, learned from it, took the necessary steps to fix the problem you've created, and now you are set for success. I think most schools would look favorably upon you and I think going through that experience is going to make you a wiser and more careful college student. You know the consequences of messing up and you aren't likely to want to put yourself through that again.

Choose your areas of interest, research the universities that offer good programs in that area, go visit their campuses and make an informed decision. Even if they want you--do you want them? Good luck. Keep up the good work.

it would look like to me that you went back and got your act together and that you worked hard, yes you can get in, they probably don't care that you redid your senior year.
